Ordering & Shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required. No hidden fees.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. International shipping is not available.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, then delivery takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time: 4-8 business days from order confirmation.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All payments are SSL-encrypted.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You have 30 calendar days from delivery to initiate a return. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with intact seals. Defective items are also eligible. Some exclusions apply (e.g., used/installed non-defective items). See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Email info@amsoil.sbs with your order number and reason. We will send you a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label.

Q: Where do I send returns?

A: All approved returns must be sent to: 153 Sabinas Way, Saint Marys, GA 31558, United States.

Q: Do I pay for return shipping?

A: No. Return shipping is free for all approved returns. No restocking fees.

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: After we receive your return, we inspect within 1-2 business days. Refund is then processed to your original payment method, appearing in 7-10 business days (depends on your bank).
