Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and intact seals.
- Products with quality defects or manufacturing issues are eligible for return regardless of the “unused” requirement.
- Not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed or used (unless defective)
- Products with broken or missing seals
- Gift cards
Return Process
- Email info@amsoil.sbs with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided in the authorization.
Do not send returns without prior return authorization.

Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is FREE for all approved returns. We provide a prepaid return shipping label. You pay nothing out of pocket.
No restocking fees apply under any circumstances.
Refund Processing Time
- After we receive your return, inspection takes 1-2 business days.
- Upon approval, we process the refund to your original payment method.
- The refund typically appears in your account within 7-10 business days (depending on your financial institution).
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Refund Amount
Refunds cover the full purchase price of the returned product(s), including any taxes paid.
- For defective or quality-related returns: original shipping costs (if any were charged) are also refunded.
- For change‑of‑mind returns: original shipping costs are not refundable, but return shipping remains free.
No restocking fees are deducted.
