1. Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
International shipping is not available.

- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will be processed the next business day.
- No processing or shipping on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
3. Shipping Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to severe weather, holiday peaks, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.
No minimum purchase. No hidden fees, fuel surcharges, or handling fees.
5. Shipping Carriers
We use a network of reputable carriers. The carrier for your order is determined at dispatch based on package weight, destination, and capacity. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers. The carrier name appears in your tracking details.
6. Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate. If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days of order confirmation, contact us at info@amsoil.sbs.
7. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@amsoil.sbs. For damaged items, include photos of the package and product. Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, you will bear any re-shipping costs.
